To Mary (my mother)
Mary died aged sixty one, just one year after she retired. As I sat with her in the hospice she said “Keith, don’t die with your dreams inside you!”

Those were the last words she ever spoke to me; she passed away the next morning. 

Later I realised that Mary was not only giving me priceless advice, but that she must have had many unfulfilled dreams in her life.
